  • 4 million square foot commercial office building,

  • Reshaped the building cooling load profile by controlling 13 of 96 floors, roughly 20% of the occupied space.

  • Reduced peak demand by 2 MW.  Reduced day-time HVAC energy use by 1,530 MWh with a pre-occupancy charge of 630 MWh.  Reduced energy price/volume risk.

  • Automated participation in the PJM Economic Demand Response Program on 62 weekdays over 4 months.
